Crucial Crew is a creative production community. Our founders have been APA Members for more than a decade and the concept was created while working with many of you in the Bay Area.

We are in the early stages of growing our network. It’s traditionally a time when companies spend significant money on social media advertising and email campaigns. However, that’s not a great fit for us…we want to invest in you!

We are offering a $5000 (USD) grant and production support to one winner. Please submit your information below along with a brief description of your project.

Submission Due by 1st March 2023.

Submissions will be reviewed at Crucial Crew and by the APA San Francisco Board Members. One winner only.

Terms & Conditions

Must be a Crucial Crew Member
Must be an APA Member. (Western USA)
Submissions must be non-commercial personal projects.
The winning project will be produced and documented by Crucial Crew at no cost to the project.
Grant money must be spent on the project and cannot be redeemed in cash.
Any cash issued must be accounted for.
The grant cannot be spent purchasing equipment for the winner.
Crucial Crew and their select partners will receive non-exclusive rights to use the final works for promotional purposes. Ownership and copyright remain with the photographer.
